The user creation process
Launch MySQL Administrator and log in as root.
Create new users
Click User Administration
Click New User
Complete MySQL User name and Password
Click Apply changes
Set database permissions:
select Schema Privileges tab
highlight target database
highlight privilege in Available Privileges and click < to assign or highlight privilege in Assigned Privileges and click > to revoke.
Apply changes
