Where to get those?
Precompiled packages for Windows (Cygwin and W32 native builds) and Linux (Debian only at the time of writing) are available from eAthena Home. Look for a package which meets your requirements on Compilation Releases forum in the Subversion section. Search for it if you do not see the stated forum. If you can not find a download link, consider learning how to compile or stopping where you are.
For Linux users:
You should consider compiling as your first choice and not let go the chance of having perfect fit applications.
